Who we are
TuneFlow is scheduling software built for UK piano tuners. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you join our waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. If you arrive via a referral link we also record which referral code brought you, so we can credit the person who shared it.
Why we collect it
We use your email address solely to:
- Confirm your place on the waitlist
- Notify you when TuneFlow launches or reaches early access
- Share occasional product updates relevant to UK piano tuners
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submitted the waitlist form.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until TuneFlow launches and you either sign up for an account or ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. If TuneFlow does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of that decision.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing. We use the following processors to operate the service:
- Email delivery provider — to send your confirmation and launch emails
All processors are contractually bound to use your data only on our behalf.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance.
